Premiere Esthetics

Premiere Esthetics enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations/reschedules. *Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is at the discretion of Premiere Esthetics to decide whether fees are applied. Please arrive with enough time to use the restroom if needed, prior to your service time. Appointments scheduled for less than 15min have a 5min late policy and appointments longer than 15min have a 10min late policy. If you arrive past the 5-10min your appointment may be considered a no-show/late cancellation/late reschedule and may be charged a fee OR we may provide the scheduled service but it may not be completed in full dependant on schedule restrictions. Full price of service will still be charged. Please be aware of travel time and/or other factors that may cause you to be late, and please alert me prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time if you will be late. These fees are only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before 24 hours, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. Please note: if you need to cancel AND/OR reschedule your appointment, you must do so prior to 1 day (24hours) of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations AND/OR rescheduling within 1 day of your scheduled appointment will be held responsible for a 50% fee of the total service. This includes removing services from appointments as well. If adjustments are to be made, please contact me as soon as possible. No-shows will be held responsible for 75% of the scheduled service cost. Please be communicative and let me know the reasoning behind cancelling/rescheduling/not showing.
